How do I migrate from GroupKit to Client Genie?

You can migrate from GroupKit to Client Genie by following the instructions outlined in the video below:

MIGRATION CHECKLIST:

Step 1)- Download the CSV of your group from GroupKit.

Step 2)- From the "GROUPS" section in Client Genie click the "Import CSV" button and follow the on-screen instructions to import your group into Client Genie.

Step 3)- Re-configure the integration with your newly imported group.

Step 4)- Cancel your GroupKit subscription via Settings > My Subscription. Or emailing [email protected]

Step 5)- Remove the GroupKit Google Chrome extension.

Step 6)- If applicable, re-invite your moderators via the Manage Account > My Team section in Client Genie.

Step 7)- Approve your group members like usual using the Client Genie approve and approve all buttons.
