What Are The Known Client Genie Bugs?

This is a list of known Client Genie bugs and issues which our development team is actively working on fixing. Note: If you see a bug or issue on this list you do not necessarily need to report it to us.

KNOWN BUGS: These are bugs that we have been able to replicate and are actively working on fixing.

• Scan Friend Activity will sometimes infinitely continue. The root cause of this we’ve been able to identify is reels automatically shared by Instagram. If scanning takes more than 1-hour it likely means you are impacted by this bug.
  • Hint: You can try adjusting the timeframe from 90-days to 30 or 7.
• Importing group members via CSV (e.g. when transitioning from GroupKit).
• If someone has enabled end-to-end encryption for Facebook Messenger, Client Genie may not send a message when replying to comments and get stuck on the "CONTINUE" button screen.
• Sales Team member accounts are restricted to the "GROUPS" section.
