How long does it take to sync friends and engagement with Client Genie?

Syncing your friends will typically take 10 to 30 minutes depending on how many Facebook friends you have. We intentionally do this slowly to ensure your account is safe and you will receive a success message once it is complete.

Syncing your engagement will typically take 5 to 15 minutes depending on how many posts and how much engagement you have on your posts within the specified timeline.

Note: We strongly encourage you limit multitasking on your computer while Client Genie is syncing your friends and scanning engagement. Do not use Facebook on other devices like your smartphone. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, we recommend restarting the syncing process as an error has likely occurred.
