Why don't my friend or group numbers match exactly?

Please understand that Client Genie does not have access to 100% of your friends or group members. This is because Client Genie, and other similar softwares, cannot use official Facebook APIs to accomplish the intended outcomes of the software (they do not exist).

Although typically Client Genie will sync with an accuracy of 99%, it rarely (if ever) will sync 100% of your reported friends or group members due to many technical reasons...primarily deactivated/ghost/unrecognized profiles artificially inflating the number of friends or group members Facebook says you currently have.

We encourage clients to focus on the bigger picture, and understand that the inevitable small discrepancies are typically deactivated/ghost/unrecognized profiles which are not important.
