How do I use Client Genie and achieve success?

Technology is an enhancer, it's not the (full) answer.

Client Genie is a very powerful and one-of-a-kind technology, but it's only as effective as the overarching strategy. Although you'll find technical how-to training in our support portal, you'll only find the overarching strategy in our Training Academy. It's in our Training Academy that we teach you how to be successful with Client Genie (e.g. what should you post to your profile and group to build authority and sow goodwill, how do your optimize your profile to maximize friend request acceptance rate, what do you say in Messenger to qualify leads, and so on).

As a reminder, the Training Academy is accessible to all clients by logging into Client Genie, clicking "Training Academy" in the left sidebar navigation and then finally accessing the "1. Getting Started (On-boarding)" module.
